FD 255/35/18 on a 10" wide wheel
Somebody got some pictures of this?
I'm going to run 255/35/18 Pirelli Pzero Corsa's all round and need to sort out the wheel dimensions. My option is to go with 10x18 all round on stock fenders but might give in and go for the Burnout fenders and go wider if the tires don't get too much stretch on the side walls. |
you can save some money if you wanted to. ever seen that lime green Vertex FD? that car runs 18x9 front and 18x10 rears with +24 offsets front and rear. 225/40 and 255/35. no fender flares. just a roll. just in case if you didnt wanna run 10's all around. good luck with your wheel selection. :)

the guys running 285/30r18 on 18x10 all around will have the secret offset you desire.
that secret sauce of an offset will let the inside wheel lip clear the suspension. a 255 on a 10" wheel is damn close to the same footprint as a 285 on the same 10" wheel. you will end up with a little more clearance and thats a cheaper size tire too. cool. |
Tires are already mine.
I'm just debating about to take the Burnout kit with or without wider fenders. If I take the wider ones with 10' all around I need lower offset and clearing suspension. Damn I need to mail max Cooper or Damian:) |
The secret offset is your stock offset of 50 to get 18x10 in with the 285/30-18. Note* not all tire companies will clear though.

This is a 255/40 on a 10" wide wheel. Not your exact size, but you get an idea of the fitment
