FC coilover street spring rates.

my fc is my dd first, then my autox fun car on the side. dont get me wrong, i still like to rip turns in backroads when nobody else is on the road, but i never do anything when someone can get hurt from me being retarded on the road. and just for clarification, im much more partial to grip than drift. but anyways, i have gr+ pros and a 17x8 17x9 with 180 treadwear tires, thats how sticky i like my car. the problem is that in hawaii, we have recon. its a stupid test for aftermarket suspension to need to pass a "bounce test" where a government official tries to bounce your car and the car has to be able to bounce 1 inch up and down with just the amount of force that he can put in. since im on my 9k/7k stance's, this doesnt work, even at full soft. im looking at buying the swift springs and im wondering if anyone with 5/7 and 6/8 can tell me if a bounce test is passable with those rates, also, i was wondering whats the softest i can go without losing my immaculate cornering ability? thanks in advance.
