FC Camber Plates
Are the K2RD plates the best buy for the Money?
I'm considering their camber plate, coil over combo to complement my KYB AGX's. Car is daily driver/weekend auto-x'er |
i dunno how much they run, but theyre probably the cheapest and get the job done. some other camber plates on the market that i know of are from HKS and Tein
|
I have them on my car and am very happy with no regrets. Easy install and others have commented that the plates themselves are of a better design than the GC units.
The AGX's are nice units for the $$$. I have it set to 3 in the front and 3 in the rear. STill playing around with the settings though. I had it at 5 in the rear before and the rear wouldn't move at all and I was burning the tires off the line super easy due to no weight transfer. I would recommend them and the price is right. -GNX7 |
if you want coil overs too. get the k2rd ones. the other option is ground control but it's a few hundred more. and you'll have to take your front shocks somewhere to have them machined down since the GC's are made for konis.
if you're not getting coil overs, don't bother with camber plates, you will get barly any adjustment before the springs hit the shock tower. I think only cusco makes ones that fit the stock springs. |
The price seems okay, but does any one have any pictures? Their website only has a menu and pricing w/ no pics. I NEED PICS!!!!! (Okay, I'm better now.) :)

I have the camber plate when I buy the car
It is believed to be ground control or racing beat I also have ground control spring kit and tokico illumina |
but the plate is installed pretty ugly.
