Rishie isnt on the forum anymore. Here is a write up on how to remove/install bushings but isnt specific to the energy kit.

I believe the mazdaspeed are rubber. Just stiffer than stock rubber. I'd go with the energy suspension kit.

hey could someone please let me know how much the energy suspensions bushings cost ? for an fd.. the site doesn't have pricing info.

BicuspiD 06-02-04 09:37 PM

they do not exist for an FD

Wankel7 06-02-04 11:51 PM

Energy is best I believe. They said the black bushings are impregnated with grafite. So that will help cut down on squeaky suspension.

That sold me on energy.

I have energy suspension bushing on my car right now. IT made a huge difference and the installation was time consuming and if you don't have a press it can be hard. I payed 150 which is wayy too much. But it was worth every penny of it.
