Cracked rear rotor... replacing just one rotor and not the pair okay?
I found a #@$@!#$@#%ing crack in my passenger side rear rotor. I don't know what brand the rotors on my car are since I bought my car with them. Is it okay to have a different brand rotor on just one side or do I have to replace the rear pair? Thanks in advance.

they need to both have the same frictional coefficient.... made from the same metal. otherwise the car will pull to the right or left.

Thanks, Howard. :)

brake rotors are cheap, just replace the pair

Mine are slotted. I drove on the highway for about a half of a mile with e-brake on... stupid mistake and that's probably what caused it. Oh well. Replacement Brembo slotted rotors are only $90 each from rx7store, so I guess I'll just get a pair of that.

159.00 for the pair.

Thanks. I'm wondering if the quality is good, though... I don't want another cracked rotor and I'll be doing track days in future. Anyone used the rotors in above link on the track?

All right... RX7store is out of Brembo slotted rotors... arrrgggghhhh. Anyone know of good place to get Brembo rotors?

try gothamracing.com

You may want to call Turboimport. It looks like they are Brembo rotors but it doesn't actually say it anywhere.

Thanks, everyone. I just ended up ordering a pair from RX7store. Now my car is down for a week until the rotors come in... damn it.
