Lightbulb Can we fit MKIV Supra Rims on FDs

I have heard that a newer Supra shares the same lug pattern as a 3rd gen. Is this true. I had planned on borrowing my friend's Supra wheels because I have not had time to order my 17" SSR Competitions yet, and I need a 17 inch rim to put my Hoosier autocross tires on. Please respond...I know there are alot of guys on here that own Supras and 7s.
THanks Alot, Kevin (KEMRX7@aol.com)

Yeah they are the same bolt pattern, 5x114.3 but the offspacing is probably different so I don't know if they would bolt right on or need spacers. But yes I have seen MKIV wheels on a FD before..

supra wheels are not what i would consider light weight, so they would be a little less than ideal for autocrossing.

did i mention i think they are fugly too??

They fit, but only after you get the Supra wheel centers bored to 67.1 mm. Cheap source for 9.5" rear wheels.
