Is this ball joint replacable? "new" aftermarket upper arm for FD

I was just searching around and saw some parts on Rishie's website that I haven't seen before.

Specifically in the suspension section:
new bushing replacements...but wow sticker shock!

what caught my eye was the new upper control arms for the front with the ball joint.

is this ball joint replacable/servicable?

I'm just curious. I realize for that price you could probably buy new arms from mazda several times before you had to replace that ball joint.

On anything but a racecar, you might not be happy with those. The heim joins will basically be zero compliance, and that'll ride like hell.

I remember talking to Gene Felber (who had a very track oriented car, and was very knowledgeable) about the full LaBreck bushing set he had in his car. He said it was so uncompliant that the car became twitchy to difficult to drive, and uncomfortable on the road. He left the Labracks in the lower arms up front, but replaced the uppers with Mazdaspeeds. I believe the quote was, "aahh, that's better".

Just a thought.

I'm sure they are replaceable as that is just a monoball. A monoball is a spherical steel ball inside a round steel cylinder which is then pressed into the arm. It's still not sealed and will wear terribly quickly on a street vehicle.

Pretty piece but I'd never have use for one unless I had a perfectly prepared track only car and was racing it professionally.

But couldnt a rubber boot/seal be placed over to cover it?
