Anyone know if 18 by 10.5 te-37's will fit all the way around my 93 fd? also, how much would I be able to lower the car on top of these rims safely. Any help appreciated-thanks fella's

i have never seen 10.5" te37's. i have the bronze ones in 18x8.5 in the front, and 18x9.5 in the rear. let me tell you that the front size is pushing it. i have fender rubbing issues that tear up my so3's.....i would NOT opt for a 10.5 in the front unless you are going to cut out the fender and make sure that you have the appropriate off-set..

cool, what is the biggest tire I can put on 9.5's?

Hey sanfordman, why don't you do a search? This has been talked about since late last year? You gotta put a little more effort into your research. Don't be lazy!

Hey R explicit. How bad are your 8.5's tearing up your front fender liners?? I am looking at a good deal on some 18" 8.5's and I'm tempted. I have a 93.

Hey wishbonzai, I'm looking for a set my damn self. Any connections?

10.5 all around?! wtf you planning on doing, paving streets?

SleepR1 08-31-02 08:13 PM

The widest wheels FD owners go with all the way around is 10 x 18 with 285/30-18s using 2.5-inch OD springs and adjustable ride-height shock bodies. Most 10-inch wheels are actually 11-inches wide, so 10.5 would be 11.5 inches overall. I just don't think this will fit unless you're willing to modify the front fenders (flairs), and remove the inner fenderliner...

I've read a post from one FD owner using 11 or 12 x 18s in back, but the wheels are not Volks--they're from CCW (Complete Custom Wheels).

The most I have heard all the way around is 18x10, I say go with those or maybe 9.5 front and 10.5 rear.

Yeah, you could go Volk CE28N with that setup in 18s...9.5 fronts and 10.5 rears. Offsets available are 47-mm front and 45-mm rear
