93 fd rear toe link bushing question
my right rear wheel slightly moves left and right. it appears that my re toe link has some play in it. i think its the bushing (not sure if it a bushing in there) that is worn out. can i replace that bushing alone or do i have to replace the whole link. if you guys dont know what im talking about i can get some pics. but its the side that attaches closer to the inside of the car. not the side closer to the wheel.
thanks! |
Yes you can replace the pillowball bushing in the toe link.

Fighters Garage, Rotary Performance, and others carry upgraded toe links - usually for around $200-ish for the pair.

do u know where i can find them? it seems like it might be easier to replace the whole toe link which comes with new bushings

I think its an Aurora bearing or heim joint - I forget the correct term. Those types of items don't last as long as stock bushings. |
