Too big? RE Wide Body I'm in the process of widening about 2" more to make the wheels fit :D

Still have full lock to lock in the front 18"x12.5" 335/30's on all 4 corners.

They are definitely going to fit, I cut all the fenders and the front bumper in half and I am in the process of widening them an extra 2" or so.

Probably get most of the rear fenders glassed this week if I get time.

Middle pic is of where the fenders will be after I re-glass them back on.

All I can say is I hope you keep your Power Steering :p:

I guess since you are already into the project you haven't realized the inherent problems with running a tire that wide up front.

And people call ME crazy... Nice wheels. :D Mad props.

Only thing I don't like is how blocky that kit makes the car look. I'd try to round things off to try to keep with the smoothness of the original FD lines. But thats just me. If you like it, nothin else matters. :)

Other than the extra stress put on the suspension components and power steering I don't think there will be many unforseen problems once the car is on the street again.

I am actually considering taking the PS out and getting a manual rack when I rebuild the engine. Turning the wheel with the car off isn't hard (that is on a shop floor though. . . )

Anyway, any problems I should be on the look out for let me know.

Thanks for the comments! Justus
