20" wheels fit on FC or too big ????

Are 20" wheels too big for FC? or just stick with the 18" & 19" wheels

:dunno:

wtf were u thinkin? i wouldnt go past 18 but most likely 17 if not 16. Unless u like bling bling, then get some 20"+ chrome wheels.

Nope

Just beware that apparently that's a show car that never gets driven, and it's got a widebody, so the "fittment" information is totally useless for someone with a stock body that actually wants to drive the car.

Personally I think that 17's looke right on the car, and anything bigger starts to look goofy.

*BOOT TO DA HEAD!!*

Will this poor Rx7 be on "Pimp My Ride" or on "Unique Whips"??

Anybody want to buy an RX7? I'm not sure I want to be associated with this nonsense anymore.

RacerXtreme7 01-09-08 12:52 PM

Pimpolicous!! Ghetto Fabulous!!

JunpoweR 01-09-08 01:02 PM

Tell me about it!!
That's one fc that won't scrape going up a driveway ya'll.
You see all kinds of shit with Big Wheels in the O.

you guys are soo closed minded!!!!!!!!

For real..the first fc car above, that was for Sema for my understanding so the wheels where fitted, He doesnt drive with those.

I dont know about that oakland car, but Dunk style is becoming popular..

ptrhahn 01-09-08 03:45 PM

Thinking that wheels fitments that can't actually be DRIVEN on are lame doesn't make me closed-minded.

holy crap... lol

BurlesonRX7 01-09-08 04:49 PM

I will be embarrassed for the owners of those because there is no earthly way they can be embarrassed enough for themselves and what they have done to their RX7's.

mikewoodkozar 01-09-08 04:54 PM

Somebody needs to have authority to take peoples 7's away if they start doing this stuff

That shot of Justins car was for SEMA. He does drive his car, infact he just qualifed for Formula D again. Those rims are just for show as it was parked most of the time.

thanks, I know.

ptrhahn 01-09-08 09:35 PM

The thread is about wether 20" wheels will "fit". I'd say, the definition of fit should be greater than wether or not they'll bolt up to the hub. If the car isn't drivable once they're on there, the DON'T FIT.

They may not work tucked like that, but I'm sure you could raise it just a little and be able to drive on most roads just fine.

When I used to live in the suburbs there were tons of accountants and business people with families driving SUVs on dubs.
