What is the correct Offset?

Who else is running 18x10's?

Is there anything I need to know before I do it?

Right now I'm running a set of TEIN Flex coilovers, so I'm not 100% sure I have enough room.

+50 offset

I'm running 18x9.5 +50 all around on stock suspension with NO issues

Max Cooper (as well as some others) are running this set-up. From Max's website and his posts here, it seems he has had only minor rubbing issues with 550 lb front springs and upgraded front sway bar. Check out his write-up here:

On a 10" it's typically around a +52 offset. Really depends on the respective backspacing of that particular brand. As different companies with the same offset and width will have slightly different overall spacing.

I highly recommend this setup (with 265/35-18s) if you have stock outer diameter diameter coil springs. You can only run the 2-inch (51-mm) offset, 10 x 18, 285/30-18 all the way around setup if you have 2.5-inch outer diameter coil springs.

That's right that shouldn't rub in the back. I'm talking about running 10 x 18s with 285/30-18s up front too. It's doable, but you need skinny coil springs up front.
