17X9 +38mm offset?
 

Found some pretty light wheels with a 6" backspacing. Doing the calc it should come out to +38mm offset. Will these work with the FD. I want to run all 4 this size. I think they are sized to fit a mustang.

I run 17 x 9 in the rear with a +38 offset with no problems (255/40-17 tire size).

Not sure about the fronts though. I think you'll be pretty close to the fenders, but it depends on the tire size.

Is you car lowered or at stock height?

It won't work up front. You'll rub. Even with a 225 I think you'll rub under cornering conditions.

In doing calcs, remember that the real wheel width is not the same as nominal wheel width. Wheels typically are 1" to 1-1/4" wider than the nominal size. For instance a 9" Volk wheels is really 10-1/8" wide. So if you were calculating offset on that wheel from the backspacing, you would use 10-1/8" instead of 9".

My 18x10" wheels have exactly 7.5" of backspacing and about +50mm of offset.

It's not the backspacing that concerns me, it's the front spacing. But yeah, listen to max. Don't measure the rim from the outside of the rim lips when calculating this.

You'll like the Integral A2s, especially on a silver car! I have the Integrals A2s in 9 x 17, 45-mm offsets with 255/40-17 Yokohama AVS Intermediates all around, and have experienced no rubbing problems road or track...(hot avatar):)
