Wiring the S-AFC to the Pressure Signal?

Ok this is a question about my former car since i'm helping out with a few things on it. Basically it's an S5 TII, and the S-AFC was wired up as per the directions from a'pexi, so the throttle signal is tapped. I've been reading about people switching the high/low maps based on pressure, and how that is a better idea to go with for a turbo models. I've also heard this was only something that was done for S4's because they didn't have the full range TPS or something. So my first question is: is wiring anything to the pressure signal even neccessary? My second question would be: if it IS a good idea to wire something up to the pressure sensor, would it be the TPS wire getting switched with a pressure signal or what? I'm not sure exactly what the fix was for this. Thanks.

The only change is that the TPS wire will get connected to the MAP sensor feed, and you'll possibly have to swap the throttle direction (5v is full manifold pressure (high load)).

But is it worth it to do? What about the S4/S5 differences i've heard about?

I experimented with this setup.
It has 3 SPDT slide switches.

In cold air the boost can get ahead of the throttle, so using the boost signal keeps the fuel correction from getting behind.
