wire colors
 

I got a used S-AFC on eBay this week. I did a bit of research on installation, I need to know what some of colored wires are: Blue, Orange, and Pink, what they are for, do I need to use them? and based off of the chart i got from http://www.1300cc.com/index.html where would they have to be soldered on an 87 TII? One more question on installation. Do I solder the wires to the original wires to tap into them, or do I solder it to the pins on the ECU plug thing? This is my first time doing a non bolt-up mod. Doesn't seem too dificult, but I've never messed with electronics before. Thanks for the help.

use only colors stated on the website....i just taped off the colors that arent used....and for where you solder them in...i soldered mine about 2 inches from the ECU on the wires given in the web site you provided...and make sure you FOLLOW the directions with the grounds...the site will tell witch colors but whatever colors are told need to be about 1CM apart for it to work properly..and it will work for your 87TII
