safc2 with map sensor for tps signal?

i know i posted this in the afc form to but not many members check that out,so,,
1st off i have never dealt with a safc2 so im new to it.

well im running a safc2 with the map sensor trick for the tps.
map sensor trick = using a map sensor output voltage for your tps signal
to the safc2, which = better gas milage and better preformance.

im using a 3rd gen rx-7 map sensor to use as my tps signal going to the safc2.
now my ? is,,, the safc2 has a self learning throttle test/set-up on it,
to do this test you are suppose to open the throttle wide open for 10 seconds then close it for ten seconds and it self learnes it.
so seeing in using a map sensor for my tps signal how do i go about doing this self leaning throttle set-up on the safc2?
do i just pressurize my map sensor to (x) amount of psi that im going to run and hold it at that for 10 seconds for it do the self learning test or what????

A nother ? for you...
also does anyone know were i can get info on psi's to voltage on a 3rd gen 2.2 bar rx-7 map sensor, or should i just start testing myself?
also any who has done this map sensor mod for there safc or know any member that could help would be greatly appreciated also.
thanks

ive read things about using a vacuums outlet to pressurize the sensor to get it to learn.

i think the best way is if the sensor is 0-5v, then just self learn it off the tps and then switch the wire over so it keeps that 0-5v setting.

thats what i plan on doing anyways.

I dont know wtf you're talking about but I sure wish I knew of a way to get the throttle position to read correctly on the SAFC2

anyone else think this would be a good option?? i never thought of that,
but i would think doing this would not be as acurrate as pressurizeing the map
sensor if it is even possable to do the test/set-up by the pressurizing way i spoke of in the 1st post.
thanks

for my close throttle reading should i pull vacuum to the map sensor at what my motor
runs at idle in vacuum?
example :::lets say my motor runs at 10 vacuum at idle
should i pull 10 vacuum for my closed throttle reading?

just like pressurizeing for WOT but depressurizing/pulling vacuum
for closed throttle reading, or just leave it at 0 vaccum and 0 boost for closed throttle reading?
thanks
