SAFC settings?

Here are the functions...

1. Hi - Throttle
2. Low - Throttle
3. TH - Point
4. NE - Point
5. Dec - Air

My questions are,

1) Hi/Low throttle (Air flow % correction setting (during hi/low throttle)
Base on the user manual it says after selecting a desire rpm, set the Hi value then proceed to set low value. Why do we set hi/low value at the same rpm? What's the different between Hi and Low?

2) TH - Point (setting hi/low throttle position values (1)
What's this setting for? Anything to do with the above?

3) NE - Point (Air flow correction RPM setting value
Does this rpm setting has to be the same as (1) Hi/Low throttle rpm setting?

Please advice...

High/Low throttle means how far you put the pedal down, not how high the rpm's are. For instance cruising on the highway at 3500rpm you will have lower throttle position than having your foot to the floor at 2500. This high/low throttle position setting is good for turbo cars because they need more fuel for a higher throttle position at the same RPMs since there is more air under boost. Hope that helped.
