Hooked Up Safc And Car Dies?

All It Will Do Is Idle
Unhook It And It Runs Normal
Plus It Wont Power Up Went By Apex Instructions 4 Hookup
I Dont Get It?
Trying To Get Some Fuel Help

All it should need to power up is +12v & ground.
If that doesn't work, then it's a warranty/return issue.
