You can use the wiring manual I made and hosting for the SAFC 2 here . Wiring is the same except for one more power wire which is Red/White that also needs to be hooked up to a power supply.

The actual wiring manual for the NEO can be found here.

Thank you very Much Rotaman99..I actually did get the Manual with it..Found it among the Crap that I got!.so I did a "read over" of it..it seems pretty easy to install..Just one more Question though,if you can..I have the regular O2 Sensor in my Car now..I am assuming that in order to Run the NEO correctly, should Purchase a Wideband O2 Sensor??..and IF so,can you give me a Suggestion on a "Cheap Wideband o2 sensor"?..(why is it that when you UPgrade, there is always something Else you have to add to the Upgrade in order to make it work?..haha!).Thanks very much again,..STYX.

you don't need a wideband for an AFC

Like Arghx stated, you don't need a wideband o2 sensor for the AFC to function properly. The wideband o2 sensor is a totally seporate different animal that is used for monitoring the AFR and making corrections with a fuel managment computer such as the AFC.

For getting a good tune, you do need to either go to the dyno or buy a data logging wideband which will help you do a good proper tune with the AFC. Otherwise, don't do a rough tune with it.

widebands are not cheap no matter how you look at them. Thats just one of the expenses of tuning an engine. :)
