First test run after a few months of work...questions!

So for the past few months I've either been working on the RX7 or I've been out of town. No motor work, and not much electrical. Subframe, steering, headers, and cooling. At some point the SAFC in my car got set to "initialize all: Off" which as some of you know, stops the car from starting. Well having never messed with that, I didn't know it stops your car from running. So we unplugged it and tried to run it. Well then it just ran terribly, and wouldn't idle on its own. Finally I decided to plug it in, mess with it then finally figured it out. so we got everything back together, and it runs almost 100%. once in awhile, while not giving it much gas, it almost sputters. Like its starved. It's got a full tank, and its not only around turns. I caught my oil pressure guage hit zero while driving a couple times. But eventually evened out. (I did also check my oil, which was perfect) The SAFC seems to be slightly off aswell, when my cars RPMs are at 2500 the SAFC is usually at 1500. None of these things have happened before. could some of the settings have gotten altered? Would the new headers I put on make a difference to the SAFC? Opinions will be taken into serious consideration. Thanks guys.

Welp,

i have one installed on my t2. i also has a similar issue with the rpms being outta whack.

what you wanna do is, is set the sensor type to FLAP and i think the next option after you select FLAP, you set it to 6. and the cylinder number to 4 cyl. i did 4 and 2 and it seems that 4 is more accurate on the rpm readings. but that is about as far as i have gotten. i have not tuned a damn thing. so i guess at this point the SAFC is just reading what is at stock. at idle fully warmed up i get about 1.0% +- .1 on the AF percentage. im running a stock t2 with intake, open exhaust, 3in dp and customer exhaust with rb rev 2 old school mufflers. you are going to need a wide band o2 sensor before you can really get an accurate reading for tuning, wouldn't hurt if you access to a dyno too.

there really isnt any solid info on the forum regarding the SAFC most get the stand alone ecu like haltek or power fc pro. blah blah. which is the direction im going to go in once i get my hands on one.
