that is one of the re-amemiya body kits n headlights i think with scoot hood

That's the RE-Amemiya N1 front bumper (2002 version).
Scoot hood
Can't really tell the side skirts. Looks like a combination of the ADGT kit and the Mazdaspeed sides.
