So i got rear ended by an uninsured driver....

What the title says.... The damage was minimal but I can't believe this dick is going to get away with just a ticket.
The guy is obviously flat broke and no lawyer will take my case...
Life sucks right now.

If they can't afford insurance, they can't afford to sue you when you beat the crap out of their car. I don't see the problem.

But I have way more to lose than him it seems

Small claims court is a joke unless the person actually has wealth that a lien can be put on.

Something similar happened to me with my first gen back in 1967. I had to use my uninsured motorist insurance and pay the deductible. I could have gotten my money back as the girl had a job, but I was in the process of moving out of state for a new job and could not stay around for the paper work. Bad luck and bad timing!

The only good thing about it was: the girl was driving around with a Hooker as a passenger.
The police told me about this as she had to call someone to pick her up for her next appointment.
The driver had her car towed for not only did not have insurance, but did not have her drivers license with her. The cops and I had a good laugh over the two losers.

Yeah I been hearing that as well, the driver wasn't the owner of the car it's his wife.
I been told to sue them both in small claims court...
The driver and the owner of the vehicle for negligence .
I googled the address and if they have money to pay rent on a house they must have jobs and that means they can pay me.
Problem is how long will it take?
The damage is minimal but I would love to teach this guy a lesson.
