March Fun Run -Hill Country Cruise 3/6/2010

Location: Austin Hill Country, TX

Time: PENDING....but more than likely, we will follow the same schedule as last time.
9:30am at Highland Mall.

Dining: 12:00m NOON at County Line BBQ - 5204 Ranch Road 2222, Austin, TX‎ 78731-6516 (512) 346-3664‎

All makes and models are welcome - club members and non-members alike!

I know that everyone involved in the November Run had a great time and attendance was great as well!
We had great food…a great drive….and a nice variety of cars too!

9:30am at Highland Mall.

EVENT INFO:

Meeting place is Highland Mall parking lot behind Macy's...9:30am- 11:00am like last time.
(I'm in touch with Highland Mall security about meeting up in the parking lot, so should be no unforseen issues this time, god willing!)

We leave promptly at 11:00am to gather at County Line BBQ's parking lot.
Lunch is at noon.
After lunch, we cruise.

We will utilize the Anderson Ln pullover spot to wait for everyone else, like last time.
We will NOT STOP AT HEB AGAIN, I promise.<---:)

Then on to Marble Falls via 1431.
Marble Falls is where the cruise ends, and the group will probably split into smaller groups like last time.

-Those that want to go home, as it will be close to sundown.
-Those that want to retrace the way back via Lime Creek Rd.
-Those that wish to cruise back via 281 and 71 with the 'cool kids', lol....and on to the Cabela's night meet in Buda.

Nope, I was deployed at that time. I am excited to go this time though. I met two people on the forum at temple raceway tonight(friday) that sounded interested also.

Additionally, for any of you local guys from Temple/Killeen/Waco, etc that want to caravan down to Austin together......we'll be stopping and picking up other cars at the Quix there at 121 and I35 (same exit as the Bell county Expo) at 8:30 SHARP!

I'm interested, where is the (We will utilize the Anderson Ln pullover spot ) you refer to? I'm not planning on eating at the County-Line so I might just catch up then you come by. The route is close to where I live.

This is where we pull over on the way to 1431.

We eat around noon and finish up around 1:30 or 2:00, so that would put us here at the pullover somewhere around 2:00-2:30.
