will I need to adjust my Power FC if I go with a single turbo?

I am looking at buying a big new single turbo setup will I need to tune my power FC if I stay below 14psi?

Any other mods needed?

Yes re programing will be needed, maybe fuel system upgrade if the turbo is big . You need to find a person to help you one on one if you do not know these things . Ask questions here if you want but bottom line find a helper that knows their stuff,

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAAA Yes of course
remember 14psi on a single is not the same as 14psi on stock twins as far as power and when the power occurs and how fast it comes online its totally different. You would probably blow the motor right away if you tried this stunt.

depends on what mods you already have

Theres no info in your post for anyone to help you out man

As the other guys said, it will take a completely new map (in the boost and low vacuum areas) to run a single turbo. You will also need larger injectors and fuel pump ugprade.

What other mods do you have?

I am looking at an Apexi RX6 kit.

I could live with lower boost. 10?

I dont live close to any Power FC tuning shops so this could be an issue.

I just want to lose my Twins, I have a boost problem that I can not fix!!!

My mods are:

Apexi Power filter system, Apexi FMIC, Apexi Power FC w/ Commander, Greddy hard pipe kit, Efini Y-Pipe, double throttle removed, coolant bypass on TB, Custom downpipe, Pettit High flow cat, Power Pulleys with Air Pump removal, Fluidyne aluminum radiator.

Doesn't it seem a little bit crazy to spend $3500 because you can't solve a boost problem? If you are going to spend that much, have the kit installed and your PFC tuned at a rotary specialist in New York or somewhere in your general region.

IMO, even if you are going to run only 10 psi, I would go to a dyno with a wideband hook-up to verify how the car is running. It's up to you though, it's your engine.

I hear ya!

I think I have a cracked stock manifold because I have tested everything else! my boost patteren is 8-5-8

Thanks
