What is the most extream angle that the center section can be at?

What is the most extream angle that the center section of the turbo can be at?
where the oil feed and return lines go into.
The reason i ask is in order to make my 12an return line work i have to reclock my center section so it will fit.

No more than 15* off centre is what Garrett recommends in their rule book.
