Weird boost issue
Hi all, I have a single turbo fd making around 380-400 wheel at 14-15 pounds of boost. I got it tuned about a week ago and everything was working fine I was making the right amount of boost after some adjustment of the boost solenoid. Then after like 2 days now i can only make a max of 13 pounds and it drops to like 10-11 once I get near the redline which is 8k rpm. I looked over the exhaust and the whole charge pipe and couldn't find a boost leak. So I went into haltech and turned up the boost in the midrange and also the peak boost at 8k rpm. when I drove the car I could feel that the boost came on faster but still only peaked at 13 and then began to drop. I have some logs I'll include too for anyone who uses haltech. I cant figure out whats causing this there is not obvious leak in the charge pipe and nothing from what I can tell is wrong with the exhaust either. if anyone has encountered an issue like this please let me know I am going to check everything over again today to make sure I am not missing something. ill upload the log to google drive since it wont let me upload the file here.

Warmer weather, collapsing intake, dirty filter, collapsed catalyst, flex tube or muffler, failed exhaust/turbine gasket.
Have you checked all the wastegate lines and how is the gate diaphragm plumbed/vented? Rag in the intrrcooler is always a good one. I'll have to dig out a personal laptop one day so I can actually look at ecu files and logs. |

That could definitely do it.

appears to have split on the edge of a weld seam
do you have a zoomed back picture of it to help provide a more full view of the manifold and what we’re looking at? . |
Time to go single turbo way overdo!
