gotta love complete ignorance.

boxrs4sale 02-26-05 09:05 AM

THEN TELL ME WHY IT WON"T WORK... your on your what... 3rd engine now ?

jsplit 02-26-05 09:13 AM

Well if they way you talk / post is any indication you sound like a young kid who doesn't know much about rx-7's or cars in general.

You can't just go putting random "big" turbo's on these cars and expect to solve your need for power with just a bigger turbo. If there's any possibility that it's going to work you're going to need to custom fabricate a bunch of shit just to get the turbo to hook up.

I fail to see what my car's engine has to do with anything. I'd elaborate but I'd surely be wasting my time.

FD3SR1 02-26-05 10:23 AM

dude you have no idea how expense it is to go single! you need to do some research first then you will find that you need tons of fuel a ecu like the apex-i pfc intercooler and the piping also radiator and the list goes on and on. its not a weekend thing like you think alot of guys spend more money on making a single turbo work then they did for the car itself!

or you can not listen to me and everyone esle, and when you blow your car up let me know i need some parts :)

widebody2 02-26-05 10:59 AM

Let us know how its running after the weekend...It should be a quick bolt on and you'll be off and running. Your car is going to be amazing.

dubulup 02-26-05 11:50 AM

don't listen to these forum trolls...any turbo will work just as long as its bigger than the stock ones. There are five bolts you need to take off to get the stock ones out, and then just bolt the HUGE turbo on there and leave the left nut off.

keep us posted.

13BNUT 02-26-05 12:39 PM

Yup its not that easy
Do your research a looooot of research!!!
Good Luck G

Guys-
Last night I stopped by said "Al Bundy's" garage and helped him with the finishing touches.
There is a slight problem. The turbo spools so quick he hits 72.3PSI by 9 RPM. Its not good. He must have the hollow sparkplug wires that www.kalecoauto.com sells, or maybe the forged kuhneutson valve because thats all I can think of that would support that kinda power.

We are thinking about producing kits, if anyone is intrested please email albundy@turbokits.com.

P.S. The boxers he sells are top notch, and they even have ported fly-holes.

AGREE, don't forget to swap the Truck's ECU and harness ... this will allow you to run with diesel and your engine will self-ignite, you will no longer ever need pump gas or any octane booster shit or plugs ... sounds to good! I might give it a tyr!

rotorsownyou7 02-27-05 01:45 PM

Damn YO, you turbo is fast. Couple of my boys and I took out this induction snail looking thing (I found out it's called "turbo" later on) from this F-16 jet last month and finally got it hook up on my FD. The wildest part YO, is we re-route it on top on my engine and tuned that shit with this high tech ECU called "Motherfuckcation Power". We were running 12 seconds flat and we were like happy as hell. Just can't believe your truck turbo was that fast. YO gotta hook us up YO!!!

glad to see you met your goal!!! FAWKIN RIGHT YO!!!!!!!

oh, my bad you said you were 2 seconds slower than that...inject gatorade for the electrolytes!!! That shit will work in your ECU too!

jreynish 03-10-05 03:16 PM

don't forget to push that kind of power you are going to need a water pump from a 68 VW Beetle! Otherwise you will run coolant everywhere!
