Tial 38mm or 40mm wastegate for my setup?

I'm total newbie when it comes to wastegates. I know if i'm planing on running more boost i need a bigger wastegate, so that it doesn't spike or creep etc.

Now i'll be running AF61r turbo with a hi-flow cat (no way that i'll be running midpipe EVER) so Would a 38mm be fine or do i have to go with 40mm?

The most i'll ever be running is probably 16psi. To start of with i'll be running 12-14 for a year or so.

Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks a lot.

I will be running a HKS 40mm on my Af61. Some people say that this is too small for the application. It seems that it is split right down the middle. Some do some don't. I guess we will see :)

What manifold are you running?

the XS power one. I don't have that much money for the hks one and i'm affraid to get a hks sytle one. So it's either a Tial 38mm or 40mm one.

Probably 40mm unless 38 is enough.
