Street Port on reman motor
I recently blew my motor at 93k (on monday), and I am currently looking at options for a replacement.
Currently Im thinking of trading in my core for a REman engine from Malloy mazda for $1950. I also want a very large stree port as I will be running a Single turbo setup. My question is - Can I reuse the seals in the motor after its been pulled apart for porting. Or am I going to need some new seals after porting to put the motor back together. If I need new seals whick ones will I have to replace? Any assistance anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. |
You can keep the seals as they are brand new with the rebuild from mazda

You may want to buy some new water seals just in case you mess up any of the old ones.

yea, take it apart carefully and you will be fine
