soooo, i had fun with some plyers a screwdriver and a cut-off wheel.

i wanna get rid of more, but i have to find out what isn't neccesary for stuff that needs to be there.


or not, i can't upload shiat..umo momento.

I'm assuming you're installing a single turbo; if that's the case, well i think you just wasted some time. :D

You can dump the whole thing.

ditch everything under the UIM, all you need to do is fab something that can hold the coils...if you ditch the hard fuel lines too.

oh snap. i figured i needed it for the coils and fuel lines and so on...for mounting stuff to. guess not.

instead of fabing something up, just cut the little peaces off that you need for the coil pack and paint them. It took me like 1kr with the painting. I probably got pics if your not sure what you need.

actually, this piece turned out to be quite usefull in the end. I re-installed it with all the vacum hardlines removed.

it gave me some nice places to tie down some of the wiring harness and other neat stuff. I'll mock everything up where i want it, then remove it and cut off somemore of the excess...it works better than fabing something up in my opinion...everything is already there, i just remove what i don't want.
