Single Turbo P-Port or Twin Turbo P-Port
Has anyone on this forum built a Turbo P-Port and actually had any luck? If anyone has can you post some information regarding your success.
I am in the process of building a Turbo P-Port for my GSL-SE and I am starting off with twin turbo II units just to see if it will even work properly. I have played with large single turbo units but, I think we can make more power/torque with 2 smaller units. Ideally I would like to use Twin TO4E or 60-1 size turbos. One of these turbos on a 13B runs really well I could just imagine how it would run in a twin turbo configuration. The setup I am building is for a full drag race car not a street car so what I am trying will be strictly for 1/4 mile use. Thanks Albert |
Yes it will work.. It's not the easiest setup to get right but it's possible and when done correctly you'll make a shitload of power... Two 60-1's would work very nice. OR a big single would work just fine as well.. You'll see that making boost is very easy with a pp so don't be scared to use a big single.
we make 40psi just free revving. |
