Recommendations on upgraded fuel lines

I may be upgrading my stock fuel lines. What recommendations for the setup I have (see mods below). What size lines and who is a good supplier of said lines?

Also, is the RP Competition pump enough for 20-22 psi of boost or should I go to a bigger pump? If I need a bigger pump, which one and who sells it?

And, as far as upgraded fuel pressure regulators go, what's recommended?

Thanks...

Would you consider going with an external AN style pump and sump? For lines I like the Russell Lines. They are great quality but a tad expensive. For my whole fuel lines and fittings (around 30ft of line and approx 20 fittings) it cost me around $350. Add that up with a pump and a sump and you are in the $800 range for a new fuel system. My choice for a street car would be a Aeromotive 1000a pump and FPR , russel lines, and a tank sump but I have been called weird and loony a few times. I heard that the RP competition pump was good to 582 rwhp before pressure loss on steve kans car but you never know.

When I inquired about fuel pump and pressure regulator the recommendations I received were for the big Bosch pump from www.dougrippie.com for an in-tank pump and the SX fuel pressure regulator from the RX-7 Store. I haven't ordered the pump yet but the pressure reg. is on the way.

garfinkle replaced his fuel lines from the pump fitting in the tank to the rail under the upper intake with bigger steel tubing bent to match the stock line with larger rubber tubing as needed. Cost about $25 and alot of time. He made a fitting for the fuel gage on the hard line with no hose conections= on leaks
