i think stock plugs will be fine for that psi.

We have crappy gas here in SoCal, 91 octane.

I have a similar setup as yours and am using B10EGV and B9EGV's. They need a small socket.

When I went to tune for 16psi, I was informed to run the 10's in the leading and 9's in the trailing. Runs great.

9's all way around, any higher then 20 lbs, go with 9's in leading and 10.5 in trailing, the trailing plugs can actually act like a glow plug sometimes and cause issues, thats you run a colder trailing plug...if you were to run 25+ run 10.5's at least all way around.

i always run the cheap as hell BR10ES (20+ psi tho). i don't even use the trailing ignition... but you should atleast run 9's like blitzed said :)
