Optimum temperature range - 13B

What is the optimum operating temperature for the 13B? Meaning- What is the preferred temperature range? "Also what is a safe maximum temp?" I tried a search and didn't have much luck.

My 13BT (turbo) usually runs between 180 and 210 F.

I think stock TII's run a little hotter. Also, anything above 250 is dangerous...

Thanks - I am going to use a 185 F. thermostat and probably set my fan to turn on at around 205 F.
In a previous post it was said that a temp. above 210 F. is bad news because of different expansion rates of aluminum and steel leading to stretched tension bolts. When the block cools you lose the tork of the bolts because of expansion. I didn't pay a lot of attention to this statement because 210 F isn't that hot but aluminum does expand faster and more that steel and the rotor housings are a good portion of the engine so that statement does hold some merit. Those seals cover a big surface area. I was just wondering if any engine builders have experience with this. This is my first rotary project and it has been a bigger, longer and more costly learning curve than I anticipated. Most piston engines run most efficiently at temps around 210 F. if the intake charge is kept cold.
