Oil feed line and Dump line help
 

Ihave posted befor but no one would help just yell at me. I have done searches but I don't get exactly what I need for an answer. I know that there are plenty of you on here that have done a single turbo swap on an FD. Just to clear this up I am not trying to be an ass I just hate when someone can come along and type a long reply about how to use the search function or some other fabulous idea, when they could of just gave a link or an answer. Actually better yet if they don't know don't answer. I am trying to build my car myself just like everyone else. Now my question is I am doing a single turbo T04B setup with a manifold from the Racing store, I ,ve got most everything figured out except the oil feed line and the dump line. My question is can somebody give me some ideas on what they did for there setup in this case since the stock oil lines do not work. Thankyou again! This is very much appreciated!

I take it this is for your FD right? I found this link very helpful my first time going at it. About half way down the page he talks about the oil feed line and lists everything you'd need.

Now on Keith's website you can purchase some of those things. You can get the oil feed line from there, the oil return adapter, and the block off plate for the other return hole (REWs have two returns because of the twins). Hopefully this helps!

The turbo's oil return line (if that's what you mean by "dump") is gravity return. Use -10 fittings and -12 ss braided line to maintain a 5/8" I.D. just like the stock twin oil return line. Do not kink the line do not "loop" the line. I use a -3 oil feed line and no restrictor.

You should post photos of your engine on the engine stand with the manifold and turbo in place, otherwise it is very difficult to make suggestions.

Just want to give a +1 to the above post. I purchased all my oil fittings from them and they fit perfectly.

Also, be sure to keep the oil return line positioned downward so the oil can drain out, because, as said above, it's a gravity feed. I forgot to do that and couldn't figure out why I was burning oil so bad! :D

I want to thankyou guys so much! I really really appreciate this. It seemed like everyone I asked personally got mad at me. I have been pretty good at figuring things out my self or finding them. Even if you go through my posts you will ser that there are not many questions. I have been able to find most of the answers to anything I needed. Some people act like all I do is waste there time and post nothing but repetitive questions. Thankyou for being understanding and helping me out.

I just wanted to add that you guys are awsome. I have been looking over these parts and they make it so easy. I was freakin out thinkin I was gonna pay hell finding fittings for this stuff. Thanks so much. Anyone ever needs help I will try my best to help you.
