I tend to agree with RacerXtreme7 (mike) being collected you would possibly benefit a little better with the WG being in the collector and nearer the turbine. I think you will find that size TiAL to be restrictive for the runner diameter chosen. 2" runners are good for T6 split pulse turbines and/or heavy breathing motors with proper setup in place. For that I would run 1.625-1.750" ID range. As for keeping the trumpets in the plenum on a boosted motor, you will find that not to be ideal. Keep your plenum floor flat and smooth or tapered to the inlets which you will have radiused to meet the plenum floor. Think black hole.

It would work if he welded the trumpets to the outside of the plenum and smoothes from the inside. What me and Zero R are talking about is a flat floor that smooths into the runners. No trumpet lips on the inside. His Black Hole pic is perfect representation.

As for one wastegate pipe near the turbo flange, for a fast spooling turbo i would think it is not a great idea. I have seen gt series turbos spike due to insufficient flow to the wastegate from having only one pipe. I have heard of instances where simply changing from one to two pipes has cured boost spike with the same wastegate. Just sayin.

Very nice for your first manifold and only Tig welding for a couple of months. Please share your thoughts on the no-filler rod root pass and then a second pass with the filler rod.

I can vouch. I first made a manifold with the WG runners close to the engine and had boost creep problems. I then moved them to the turbine housing itself and the problem went away 95%.
