Lean out on Boost...

We are having a bit of trouble with one of our cars, at idle the car is fine, if your boosting down hill, it seems alright but as soon as you want to give it some gas going up hill, the car leans out and the temperature goes through the roof.

The engine is a series 4 turbo, it's pretty much standard internally, with series 2 electronic ignition. For induction side of things it's running a 45DCOE in a blow through set up, I've got a couple of pictures there.
We have twin fuel lines into the side-draft, one feeding the top and the other comes in through the bottom when the boost comes up. The pressure is maintained about 4-5 psi normal running but it possibly goes up to about 10-12 psi on boost, should this be regulated?

Any suggestions would be much appriciated, or any ideas on what we could add/remove to sort the fueling/timing.

Verify that the float assembly is not somehow sticking or rubbing against something. The float is the only Weber part that could be affected by angle or acceleration under normal conditions.

This is based upon your comments that is only goes lean uphill.
