Ignition question
 

I installed an M&W ignition system recently.Since my engine is being rebuilded is it ok to use the M&W for the brake in period (about 1500 miles) or the stock ignition?

List of some mods:
Street ported engine
PT 6765 turbo
670/2000 injectors
PFC

Best to use the new system, at least if there is a problem you won't be in big boost when you find it. If you can lock timing and check it does move free revving to confirm correct trigger sense before driving I would.

You're perfectly fine to use the M&W for the break in so long as everything is wired and setup correctly in the ecu, which you'll have to do prior to using the M&W regardless. There is nothing asssociated with higher spark output in the vacuum or low boost conditions you see during break in that would have any effect on the motor itself.
