how to upgrade fuel system for to4e sinlge tubo upgrade from XS

i'm rebuilding my motor and going single turbo(to4e) on my FD. If someone could tell me what i need to do with my fuel system without being excessive? What fuel pump should I get? Do I need to upgrade both injectors or just the secondaries? Do I need a fuel rail or could i get away without one?

Nippondenso fuel pump
1300 2ndary injectors
something to control fuel like a Power FC or Haltech.

That will give you plenty of fuel.

Jason's a pimp. So no primary injectors and no fuel rails? Do I still need a fpr? I dont understand how this guy could run his own business, get harrassed everyday by a marriad of rx7 owners (is it there yet? How about now? no? How about now? HEllo?) and still have time to reply to no good losers like me. He must be a player for life. I think he should be RX7FORUM PIMP OF THE YEAR. He got me vote..........So you think we could bump the price down a tad bit on the fuel pump? j/k Anyways, Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome the highly acclaimed and well respected RX7FORUM PIMP OF THE YEAR...........Jason. Give it up for'em.

XS will recommend- fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, Power FC and either 1200cc or 1300cc secondary injectors. They will also push for the B&M ignition booster for stability at high RPM.

They typically recommend the SX FPR. I just used the HKS(#1407-RA015) one.....you can buy a fuel rail adaptor from HKS that will allow you to add another FPR w/o modding the rail(part #23281-010100). I know Tony at www.rxecret7.com order what was left in HKS' stock of the adaptors.

Most people go with the Cosmo pump or the Rx7.com one(ND). It drops in...took me only 1/2 hour to install.

As the Apex'i Master Distributer they will push for the PFC. If you live in Cali you might as well set an appointment for a dyno session. It is well worth it. No pre set map will ever compare to a dyno tune. Not only that when XS dyno's a car they check for any vaccume leaks.(may end up costing you on repairs though)

They basically just get RC 1200cc or 1300cc injectors. Tony at www.rxecret7.com has a friend that works at RC he can get the injectors cheaper than anyone(fact).

I use the HKS Twin Power and like it.......XS still likes the B&M better so it is up to you. The HKS with the FD wire harness takes less than 5 min to install.

nice! thanks for the info. I see you dont mess around either. I heard the T04s kit gets down to bussiness. Just to make sure i got everything right........i need a fuel pump (Cosmp, ND, RP, Supra...etc...same shit different day?), 1300c secondary injectors from rotary secret, fpr (either the one XS prescibes or HKS one with rail adopter), ingition amp (hks, B&B......how do you like Jacobs.....my close friend Ari Yallon used it in his car, j/k)

One thing i never get cheap on is the fuel system... You should get an exteral Aeromotive 1000 fuel pump, Aeromotive Fuel pressure reg, filter, -10 lines, fuel cell or add a sump, injectors, and Haltech... Don't even waste your time and money and intank pumps, and all other junk people always try to sell you..
