Hesitation/RPM spike problem

Hey all,

I'm having a problem with my 1990 Turbo II.
I'm running a Haltech E6k, Turbonetics T4 and 4x720cc injectors... My current arifuel ratio of 12.3 seems very rich as my fuel ecconmy is terrible at about 200kms per tank!!

The problem is, when I punch the throttle, my engine makes this crackling sound and my tach bounces and there is major power hesitation ...anyone ever seen this before?

Any help would be great!

I'm surprised that no one has encountered similar issues...doesn't any one have any insights into this problem???
