What you are asking for does not exist. The Rx7 turbo's all use unique flanges, so nothing off the shelf will bolt up.
You have a few options, depending on your definition of cheap.

1)$ - Buy/rebuild a stock S5 turbo.

1a)$$ - Buy/build a hybrid if you want more power. Check out BNR's hybrids for some ideas. Everything stock bolts back up except the intake piping.

2)$$$ - Buy a turbo manifold with a common flange (Ex. T4), buy a generic turbo, make custom oil/coolant lines, fabricate downpipe. Gamble on cheap ebay brand quality controls.

Both of these options have potential to require other supporting upgrades (injectors, ecu, fuel pump etc) if you choose to go for more power.

If you want a stock rebuild, hit up G-pop shop. Their doing my hybrid turbo right now and they're really good. If you want more power ask them about getting a T04B compressor housing and a larger wheel to fit it.

Of course with a turbo that makes more power than a stock one, you will have to get a way to tune the car along with larger fuel pump and injectors.

G-POP SHOP awesome thanks man.... yeah ive hooked up aanual boost controller and the boost is peaking now at 9lbs and im hoping this is safe they had done away with the factory boost controller and installed a turbo smart dual stage but had it unplugged so it was only boosting to 5.5psi bit I plugged it back up turned all the way down and that is what the outcome was... im just hoping 9lbs is ok with a stock setup?!?

I believe stock boost levels are about 6? I could be wrong, I'm not an expert on stock specs, but I'm pretty sure 9 psi is higher than stock. And if you're running higher than stock boost levels, its pretty much a requirement to get more fuel to compensate for it. I'd recommend some 720cc secondary injectors and at least an rtek 1.7, but an rtek 2.1 would be better so you can tune it.

Just remember that if you don't compensate with more fuel you will possibly run lean, and damage your engine. It'll cost a little money for the injectors and rtek, but a rebuild will always cost more! I've learned the hard way :)

Ok thanks for the info but its an s5 so shouldnt the boost be 7-8lbs...and it spikes to 9lbs and usually stays steady around 7-8lbs... but im definitely going to get the rtek 1.8 cant afford the stage 2 unfortunately

S5s have the same 5.5 psi wastegate springs as S4s, but they have a factory boost control valve that brings the boost up to 7.5 psi.
