Pretty much any one you choose will be fine as long as it is for efi systems.
I personally like the aeromotive ones, but any will work like sx are very popular among the guys here.

Pressure is dependent upon what you are looking for, if you plan on keeping the stock maps, stock pressure would probably be your best choice, but if you need more fuel cranking up the pressure has always been a cheap way to get more fuel.

the first one should work goes to 60 psi (stock is around 40-43psi)
not sure about the BG one.
aeromotive FPR go for around that much on ebay if you keep your eye open.
and in my opinion they are much better known and have a better apearence.

The Barry Grant unit is for carbs. (comes with Holly adapters...)

The first one has specs that you'd probably want but looks like it might be a little small. The same one is being sold by OBX if that tells you anything. .. for a little more $$ I'd buy a better name. Good price though, if it comes with the gauge.

The third (pro series) is absolutely huge. No doubt that it would work but it's way overkill.

The last one is getting closer to what you want. I'm assuming that with your HP goals you'll be using -6 lines? This regulator has -10 ports with -10 to -6 adapter fittings on it. The guy's wrong about it not being boost sensative. It should be. If he's having problems with it I'd pass.

I use and can recommend the
Aeromotive AEI-13109

I took a quick look on eBay and I'm not sure I saw any regulators using -6 lines that I'd bother to use that were any cheaper.
