A/F ratios bottom out and some whitish smoke on high vacuum decel, is it my PCV sys?

On decel, my A/F gauge bottoms fairly quickly to 10/1 comes right back as soon as I get on the gas. Cruising in 5th off throttle or downshifting for engine braking. If my engine vacuum is higher than 20in I seem to get a super rich condition. And this morning I had noticeable white/grey smoke when decelerating. Couldn't say if its always been smoking, just happened to notice it this time. Idle is strong and smooth for not having any idle control, power and drive-ability have been excellent so far.

Heres the basic setup

13bt factory block.
stripped intake, throttle only, no idle control, no anything.
to4b turbo (just rebuilt), v-mount
haltech sprintRE, still tuning.

Road draft tube PCV. Filter on the filler neck, Center iron port is run down to
the bottom of the car with a small cone (to create a pull at speed).

Is the PCV a possible issue here, or do I just have a tuning issue. Fuel MAP looks ok, nothing seams way off. I do have decel fuel cut disabled. Is this recommended to be on? Anything else I should check?

I turned on Decel fuel cut and drove it home from work (28 miles). No more smoke and A/F gauge now pegs on 16/1 (max lean) on decel. Got no problems there but getting back on throttle during low speed maneuvers (traffic lights, stop and go) is a bit jerky now. Going from decel to throttle at low speeds is now very noticeably jerky. I think the RPM threshold needs to be upped to 2500 or so from the 1750 it was set at.

How much it was smoking before still concerns me. I swear it wasn't doing that a few weeks ago.

It could be running differently due to a weather change, I wouldn't sweat it. Did you go to the help file and open up the tuning guide for transient throttle? It's a pretty good guide.

Basically what they have you do is set total tip in fuel based on RPM and load, up to the point that it's actually getting too much fuel at small tip ins. Then you scale back the fuel for slight tip ins using the percentage enrichment table.

Extreme rich conditions can cause smoke but generally its black not grey or white.
