Does this manifold exist?

I'm wondering if there is an off the shelf manifold that keeps the turbo as far back as the stock one on a TII? I have a 13B-RE and due to constraints from leaning the radiator back in a Vmount fashion, a "normal" location such as an HKS log manifold will be too far forward.

Basically, if the turbo were able to sit in line with the exhaust ports, that would be great.

Anyone?

you want the turbo to sit bang smack between the ports?

idk man, i say just make one, then you can only blame yourself if its not right.. (or brag if it goes right!)

Old HKS manifold from their :Sport Upgrade Kit" put a T4 based turbo were the stocker is. It's a divided manifold but has no provisions for a Wastegate, as the sport kit was internally gated. If you run a mid sized turbo (t04e sized) you could get away with a .84 _Ptrim turbine internally gated without any creep problems. This manifold I'm talking about is actually in the for sale section now.

Thanks for the input, but an internally gated turbo isn't really an option as I have my eye on a T04S.

Building my own isn't much of an option as I really don't have access to a welder. :(

Here is what I'm working with. This will be based around a T04S. First shot is a similar turbo sitting in the approximate place everything seems to work out. The second is a low down shot that shows where everything is height wise. Note: The turbo in the second pic is a stock turbo.

Any thoughts based off of this?

greddy cast log manifold, with the t3~t4 adapter should put the turbo where you want it.

If you angle your turbo like in the first picture, you may have issues with downpipe fitment. You could always try an A-Spec or Turblown short runner manifold, they center them pretty much in the exhaust ports.

Or, an FD HKS log manifold which is divided T4 with external wastegate. This is how it sits on an FC using a spacer to clear the LIM (you probably won't need to do this with the Cosmo LIM)

Already talked to 1revvin7. We're coming up with something. :-)
