I really would love for this to be true but that's gotta be a record or something. Are you using those light weight billet rotors? What's the secret? cause you have no shame claiming those numbers like it's nothing. Please make us believe this.

So you somehow managed to get the turbo to flow more then it physically can? 87 lbs/min = ~870 piston rwhp / 1.3 = ~669 rotary rwhp max assuming ideal conditions? Forum dyno numbers make me lol every time. Aside from that, its probably a fast car with that turbo.

I always wondered why these high HP dyno's are never by RPM. HP is a calculation of torque and RPM, if RPM is not known, how exactly is the HP being calculated o.O

The 4202 flows 87lbs of air/min, but at what boost? The flow chart is when the turbo is flowing at its best. It doesn't mean you can't push the turbo beyond. Not saying this dyno is true or not, but pointing this out to ya.

More reasons you can't just go by a flow chart....
You don't know what kind of timing he's running
An aftermarket UIM can yeild as much as 50rwhp
Different porting can yield as much as 100rwhp (ie..Semi PP, bridge, etc..)
And simple things such as his exhaust system will yield more power.

Bring that to the japtrix dyno and we will check it out to see if this is real i would believe it if it was a 3 rotor motor but not a 13b and not at 20 lbs i would have to go with the rest of the guys and give this the thumbs down.

A better known more accepted dyno would be a dynojet. That way you could do SAE, corrected, std...

At just 20psi, even in ideal conditions, it would be saying it making what, 300@wheels n/a? From a street ported 13B?

I don´t believe that rotary needs 30% more airflow for same power. More yes, but not more than 17%. I assuming it based on BSFC of rotary vs. 4-stroke at given AFR. Also on torque values of all out racing N/A rotaries vs. 4-strokes:egrin:

Sounds like there's no load on the dyno. 4th gear rev just as fast as first.

ok isnt there suppose to be a load on the dynamic? That thing sounded like it wrapped up really quick.

IIRC, in another thread/video he credited the UIM with the quick throttle response.

Thats because hes in steady state mode and only a speed restriction
You need to do a ramp run but if having traction problems use a faster acceleration rate.

Well if the bike jumped on you and only had half a length on you then your car should pull some good traps.

Yea thats some pretty quick revvin through the gears on the dyno there... I think you should take it to another dyno just to see the difference between the 2 dynos.

My .02 cents

1. I think on April 1st all this is gonna come to light..... APRIL FOOLS......... lol.

2. Or the secret is gonna be billet rotors.. Some of the videos of the als fd have me thinking that they might have snuck some of these rotors in and showing what they can do..

3. In his video, you can watch other videos after his stops. Well there is a vid of a red drag car, think it also says als car somewhere, and it did similiar hp numbers. So maybe they are laughing at us who are trying to figure out the secrets..

At 20 PSi is where I took the number from. Efficiency drops off fast going beyond the chart and I don't believe he is going off the chart with a street port regardless of his special LIM.

23 psi is a little more believable. Turbo flows 91 lbs/min which is 700 max rotary rwhp

Think this is a classic case of dyno reads high, owner is happy. Regardless, its just a number, the car is probably a rocket.

I dont know if my eyes are playing tricks on me but i could see roughly 1.5 on ATMC correction.
Its the green field which tells you how much the dyno is correcting the power figure.
