I was able to try to drive it to work today. i got a flat after 10 miles, so getting new rears...
but i was able to see when positive pressure would occure.. that happens to be better then the stock turbo of 2800. and around 1900 rpm in 5th. it's actually much closer to the twins that were on here before...

currently on an rtek with 22 psi wastegate springs so i can't really go into boost past 3k rpm, i saw 15 psi when i tried and i don't wanna do any damage, just getting to the shop to work on it, since it's too cold at the house now.. the boost was very hair trigger.. can't imagine how the efr 7670 must be.

this was my first attempt at making a manifold, i do not expect it to last... made alot of mistakes and learned alot as well. which was the point.
you can see my solid oil drain and solid oil feed as well here.

Ya, excited to hear how this pans out. Currently deciding between the 257sxe and 362sxe. Not looking for high boost so the 257 might be the better fit but I saw some mentioned that it might not have the necessary flow towards red line. I'd likely run 16psi max.

well today was my first dyno day, i started with a 190tq 202 hp pull. and from there turnt the boost up til i hit 235tq and 270hp. 5psi to start about 9 at the end, going to need a better waste gatespring.. i think. we will see.
these were all 2nd gear runs to tune the map. tomorrow morning gonna try a 4th gear run to get the turbo spool up captured
i haven't added any timing, only pulled so far. and corrected fuel...
rtek 2,1 800cc prim 750cc 2nd, 3rd gen pump... s4 afm maxxed out at 5k rpm. gonna rig up the s5 afm next.

i have graphs but my phones being dumb.

gonna do a 4th gear run today so th torque curve will be more accurate.

with a smaller turbo you will have to run higher boost to get the same hp. remeber that, however by running higher boost on a smaller turbo i can have 'only 350hp' but a bitchin' 400tq to go with it..

my clutch should be at its limit soon... then the fuel system... so 9 psi for now :)
