btw this is going on my 94 3rd gen
do you have an aem ecu? because you list that and a wolf 3d. if so then you are good to go install the s368 and have it tuned.
but im sure something will have to be uprgraded with that thats a healthy size turbo will my fuel setup handle it or better yet the motor itself what will have to be upgraded with it yes i have both the aem ecu and the wolf 3d
you only need one or the other when it comes to ecu. i would ditch the wolf and go with aem, but thats just my opinion.
as far as what your car can handle depends on how much power you want to make? |
im looking to make around 500 hundred at the wheels the s368 is good for up to 800hp at max psi so im barely pushing the limits of the turbo but if im running low boost will that not effect the time it takes to spool the turbo
max of 800 on a piston engine, we are talking rotary. that turbo will do it as long as you have the correct hot side. probably around 20 psi depending on how aggressive the port and tune. who will be tuning the car and what support does the engine have internally for that power(besides 3mm seals)? also, what brand seals?
im only looking for around 500hp i know its a t4 hotside and the motor has a semi aggresive streetport everything was replaced when the motor was rebuilt about 1k ago and the 3mm seals are atkins
oh the motor will be tuned by cbrd chad block racing development in PA every car he has built has ended up in a mag hes the authority for motor builds around my area
has he ever tuned a rotary? you need to keep in mind that these cars have nothing in common with everybody else except they use gasoline and boost.
