best route for manifolds

i recently bought a custom made t4 undivided, externally wastegated turbo manifold (i got a good deal on it). From what I keep reading on this and other forums, most people seem to prefer the divided manifolds for the spool response. would it be worth it to get something that IS divided? It seems like there are more options in terms of turbo choice with a divided manifold.

also, i was looking online and found some manifolds made by 'Rmagic'
anyone hear of them? good or bad?

Depends...do you have a divided hotside on your turbo? And I'm willing to bet Rmagic's manifolds are all really old.

well i'm still at the point in my build where i'm deciding what to get, i haven't bought anything yet (other than the manifold which i may not even use.) i just want to buy the right things the first (or second) time so i don't waste large sums of money.

Divided is better..

Go divided and run a divided hotside. You'll love it.

thanks guys

dont peice together a kit yourself. it almost always ends up costing more. just figure out what you want from the car and get a turbo setup for that, then watch the classifieds...there is always awesome deals on kits coming and going:)

Still, anyone have any feedback on the Rmagic manifolds?

A-spec makes some of the nicest ones around. I'd give them a call, they have a lot of positive feedback here on the forum.

If it is T3 I wouldn't think of running divided actually you would be better off getting a T4. If it is undivided and T4 and you want to be sneaky and not lose to much response you could run a spool up valve in between the manifold and turbo depending on clearance around the turbo(mainly height) That would be a cheap way to get around the undivided issue. Or you could just buy a new manifold :)
