It might be hard to get a good answer because not a lot of people currently have these turbos on their cars.

the rx6a isnt even available anymore, the last apexi kit with the rx6 name attached to it was the tcw-77 rx6b kit, and it was a great kit.

I have this turbo kit on my car, and must say that it is very nice for what it is designed to do. The turbo starts spooling around 2200RPM, and hits 1 bar at about 3300RPM. The turbo holds boost till redline.
The quality of the kit (i.e manifold wastegate) is very nice as well. The turbo itself is used on audis and porsches and will probably outlive your current engine. Should it die though, there are many places that can rebuild it cheaply. Something, I do not think you will get with the Apexi. It can also be tweaked and upgraded like a standard T4, to get more power, or have it spool a little quicker.
