I have a 63-1 Turbo.

Who makes your 63-1? I know that turbonetics sells a 60-1, 62-1, and 68-1. They used to sell a 67-1 also. Garett Japan made a T67 based off of the old 67-1.

The TS04 uses a T58 compressor wheel.

The 60-1 and TO4S are the same, but you can't interchange some of the parts.

The TS04 is a completely different turbo, bigshaft, Q-trim, T series.
